What should I bring to class?

Please bring your own mat and water to class. We have blocks to borrow but if you prefer your own block you are welcome to bring one as well. We do not offer towels for heated classes so if you prefer to use a towel, please bring your own.

Where are classes located?

We are hosting classes inside the All American+ Field House in Monroeville. Please check in with the building front desk staff upon visiting us for the first time and they can direct you to where the room is located within the building. We will have signs posted with our logo as well. We are located in the back left corner of the building; if you go back past the concessions and down the stairs you should see us after you get to the bottom of those stairs. We recommend giving yourself some time to get to us at least for your first class! We look forward to seeing you!

Do I need to be a member of the facility to take classes?

Nope! You can purchase class passes directly through us which allows you to take our yoga classes whether you are a member of the gym or not.

When do passes expire?

Currently, we offer a 5 class pass and a 10 class pass. The 5 class pass expires after 30 days and the 10 class pass expires after 60 days. Our new student intro offer expires after 30 days.

Do you accept walk-ins?

We cannot currently accept walk-ins. Please sign up for class ahead of time.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit/debit through square. We cannot accept cash or check at this time. Please let us know if this will be an issue and we can try to make other arrangements for you!

Is there a minimum number of students to have class?

We currently need to have a minimum of 3 students in order to host class. If you are signed up for a class and there aren’t enough other students signed up, we will let you know at least 2 hours before class start time if we need to cancel. We appreciate your support and can’t wait to see you in class!! :)

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

We currently offer a promotion for new students only of 3 classes for $30. We will be offering other promotions depending on the time of year and demand of students so please check our site and our social media often for any updates.
